One double room to rent

1 double rooms available, In the centre of Shipley. We are about 10 minute walk from Shipley train station, so one stop into Leeds and two into Bradford, and about five minutes from the buses.
You will be sharing a bathroom, sitting room and kitchen with one other. We have Wi-Fi and broadband, off-road parking and very small garden. There also a second toilet in the basement.
Our situations is slightly different, most of the time we will be living in Edinburgh. I/we will be back in Shipley for work or to visit family occasionally. When we are down we will have use of our own bathroom in the attic.
