1 Double and 2 single rooms in a detached house

Hello, my name is Rob, I live in a quiet, very homely, well presented, modern detached house at Wrose near Shipley. I am a exceptionally clean and tidy person who is very house proud and is a must for you to be the same. I am a down to earth and a very easy going guy with a great personality and a good sense of humour and will help out in every possible way to make your stay here the most enjoyable. The bedrooms have new beds and bedding and have a tv with freeview. They are furnished with wardrobes and bedside cabinets and have great views accross the city up onto the moors. You will have your own bathroom to use unless all 3 rooms are taken then you will share with just the 2 other people. I am very rarely there so you will have more or less the run of the house. The only thing you will need is your own food as everything else is included as well as wireless broadband. There are all the usual amenities in the house like washing machine, dish washer etc and also parking for your car. The rear garden is large and is lovely and tranquil to sit out in on a summers evening. A signed tenancy agreement will be required and a bond of £200 which is fully refundable once the tenancy expires, plus 1 weeks rent (£100 for the double room & £90 for the single rooms) in advance is also required should you want to move in.
