3 Double rooms in Detached house near Shipley

Hello, my name is Rob, I live in a quiet, very homely, well presented, modern detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac at Wrose near Shipley. I am a exceptionally clean and tidy person who is very house proud and is a must for you to be the same. I am a down to earth and a very easy going guy with a great personality and a good sense of humour and will help out in every possible way to make your stay here the most relaxed and enjoyable. The bedrooms have new beds and bedding and have a tv.. They are all furnished with wardrobes and bedside cabinets and have great views accross the city up onto the moors. You will each have your own bathroom to use as each room has its own toilet and basin. The only things you will need are your own food and provisions as everything else is included as well as wireless broadband, council tax (band E) and all utilities etc. There are all the usual amenities in the house like washing machine, tumble dryer etc and also parking for your car. The rear garden is large and is lovely and tranquil to sit out in on a summers evening. You have all the local amenities nearby such as shops, barbers, newsagents, takeaways and a large supermarket all within walking distance. Frizinghall train station is a 15 minute walk away from the house. A signed agreement will be required and a deposit of £300 which is fully refundable once the tenancy expires, plus 1 weeks rent (£135 for the double rooms and £140 for the en-suite) in advance is also required should you want to move in.
