Shipley train station is a 5-10 minute walk, perfect for commuters to Leeds and beyond (trains every 10-15 mins to leeds). Saltaire train station 10 mins walk. Major bus route a stones throw away with buses every ten minutes to Bradford, Bingley and Keighley. Shipley town center is less than 5 minutes walk (Asda, swimming baths with brand new fitness suite, library, banks etc). Saltaire village is less than 5 minutes walk with loads of great restaurants, bars, pubs and shops.

The room available is a double bedroom (can be furnished to meet your needs) with use of same floor bathroom (shared with maximum of 1 other), and is fully inclusive of all bills, and council tax. Wi-fi 1 gig service available at no additional cost.
