Small 2 bedroomed semi on a quiet road

Hi there, i am looking for a housemate, preferably an employed, non smoking, quiet female, to share my cosy home. I am a shift worker for the nhs and i am in a choir, I enjoy singing, walking, films & travel.
I am quiet & easy going, I have shared sucessfully in the past. The train station at Shipley is within walking distance. I have central heating and a cat called marmalade. my tenant has just left, so the room is free to move in to now.
My previous tenant would also be willing to speak about the house share if required.
