Bright spacious room available near Saltaire

We have a spacious room to rent in our house which is a large Victorian terrace on the border of Shipley/Saltaire.

I am a single mother living with my son, as a social outgoing person I would be happy for someone to move into the attic bedroom as the house is almost too big for 2 people. The ideal tenant would be a working professional who is respectful, clean and tidy as far as is reasonable!

The room itself is on the top floor and is fully furnished, very spacious and warm in winter. There is enough room upstairs to be well separated from the rest of the house if you prefer to do your own thing.

The monthly rent comes inclusive of all bills and internet access.

Being very close to Saltaire and Shipley, most if not all conveniences are taken care of with access to 2 train stations, a local co-op, 24 hour Asda is only five minutes away, as are the local woods. There are also plenty of socialising opportunities in the local pubs and restaurants, as well as Saltaire village for some local culture.
