1 Double & 1 en-suite room in a new detached house

Hello, my name is Rob, I live in a quiet, very homely, well presented, modern detached house at Wrose near Shipley. I am a exceptionally clean and tidy person who is very house proud and is a must for you to be the same. I am a down to earth and a very easy going guy with a great personality and a good sense of humour and will help out in every possible way to make your stay here the most enjoyable. My philosophy is if your happy then I’m happy and should there be any problems during your stay no matter how small, I always try and sort it straight away. The bedrooms have new beds and bedding and have a tv with freeview. They are furnished with wardrobes and bedside cabinets and have great views accross the city up onto the moors. Each room has its own toilet and sink, so you don’t have to share. The only thing you will need are your own provisions as everything else is included as well as wireless broadband. There are all the usual amenities in the house like washing machine, dish washer, tumble dryer etc and also safe parking for your car. There are shops, a post office, DIY shops, 2 public houses, take away’s, a supermarket and many more all within walking distance of the house. The rear garden is large and is lovely and tranquil to sit out in on a summers evening. A signed tenancy agreement will be required and a bond of £300 which is fully refundable once the tenancy expires, plus 1 weeks rent (£140 for the double en suite room and £135 for each of the double rooms) in advance is also required should you want to move in.
