Double room in village location

I have a double room for rent in my semi-detached house situated in Scissett a village situated on the main route between Wakefield and Huddersfield, with easy access to the M1 and M62 therefore is accessible to Leeds, Huddersfield, Wakefield and Barnsley .
I enjoy working and outdoor activities on the weekends. I'm looking for a like minded person who is tidy and friendly. The room has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, it has a separate bathroom with shower . The house is fully furnished with a big garden and has a driveway at the side for parking . The neighbours are lovely and the estate is quiet in the days and evenings. The house is situated next to swimming pool and gym, with local shops and garage close by. Some great pubs in walking distance.
Some bills included (gas, water, electric, and TV licence). The house also has a washing machine and back garden for hanging out washing.
Ideally searching for a professional, neat and tidy non-smoker, female, age unrestricted. I have a horse so nobody with any fur allergies!
