I am ofering a double room on a short term basis to start with. It is in a large, comfortable house with shared use of all amenities including garden and wood burner. The house is semi-rural and quiet, suitable for a professional but I would not rule anyone out as long as you will repect the peace and quiet and look after the place. It would accomodate a couple and the rent would then be £120 a week. It is 30 minutes from Wakefield and Huddersfield and 40 minutes from Sheffield and Leeds. Frequent bus service to Huddersfield and train is 2 miles away.
