Room available for rent in large shared house on the canal side just out of the centre of Slaithwaite.

The rent is £315 PCM and includes all bills including Council Tax and Broadband.

The property is a large Victorian house. All the tenants are very friendly and the house is big enough that everybody tends to keep out of each others way. The room itself has a bed and wardrobe if needed. And the rest of the house is fully furnished. It is fully double glazed and has central heating. There is storage space available. Everyone is clean, quiet and sociable. Smokers are welcome but have to smoke in the storage room or outside. There's usually plenty of room to park outside the house.

The village has excellent rail and bus links into Huddersfield, Manchester and Leeds. There are many great local shops, pubs and restaurants and it has gyms and a leisure centre and a swimming pool and is surrounded by gorgeous hilly countryside and is a great place for walking. There is also an Aldi supermarket that is only a couple of minutes walk from the house.

One of the housemates has a small dog that lives in her room. But we are not wanting any more pets.

References are preferred but we may consider without them.
