Hi I am considering renting out a room if I can find a suitable person, the house is a 3 bed semi detached, and is mine and my 14 year old sons home however my son stays with his mother on Wednesday and thrusdays and every other weekend, and we spend time at my partners too so the house is vacant quite regularly.
I am a 38 year old martial arts instructor so work evening. I'm easy to get along with and a bit childish lol not OCD or anything like that. So long as you can deal with that I'm sure you would survive, would be nice to have someone who I git along well with for those days I'm in the house.
