House owner with room for rent

Fully furnished bedroom to rent with own additional reception room. Large driveway for parking and garage with a small place for storage also a large garden to be enjoyed in summer. The bathroom has a shower and the property has a fully functional kitchen for your use and a separate dining room and downstairs toilet
I'm looking for a mature professional working man who is going to keep the place tidy. The room is for rent Monday to Friday or can do 7 days if required. I'm the owner and will be living there most week days and every other weekend. I'm easy going and hope it will be a relaxed pleasant atmosphere while I'm there. I'm a bit house proud so as long as this is respected there shouldn't be any issues
