Double Room available for short terms let

**Please read add - only looking for part time lodger, not housemate**

Double Room in 3 bed house available for short term let for someone working on a project nearby or contractor that will only use room weekdays and not weekends.

Bedroom comes furnished with double bed, wardrobe and TV could be available, may just need a firestick! - broadband, washing machine and cooking facilities available.

Shared bathroom with landlady - shower and bath available.

I work from home so am around most of the week but do occasionally travel away overnight - i also have a dog half of the month so you must be pet friendly!

Im not looking for a full time housemate, the room is available for a part time lodger/contractor looking for mid week lodgings only.
