Quiet Double Room

Hi I have a double room to rent in a lovely quiet apartment in central Sowerby Bridge which overlooks the river.
Included in the rent are all the bills and the internet. There is private off road parking in a secure gated car park. It’s a quiet block so wouldn’t suit anyone who likes to play loud music or stay up all night ha ha.
I do prefer Mon to Fri but i am flexible . Best to contact me and we can discuss

To describe myself id say I’m easy to get along with, I work full time and go to the gym in the evenings. I like going out and im not a frumpy old type.

My ideal flat mate would be easy to get along with and undemanding.

I’m situated very close to the train station , which has direct trains to both Manchester and Leeds, the M62 is close too.
