It is a newly renovated large Victorian house with vaulted ceilings & original features but a modern style. It has excellent local amenities and public transport links.
The house has a large well appointed kitchen/dinning/lounge area (approx 25m2) with black units, soft close doors and large central island, two 5-ring gas cookers (10-rings so your never short!), two electric ovens, 2 larder fridges and an American fridge freezer with water and ice dispenser, black leather corner sofa, wall mounted flat screen TV, carpet/Lino flooring. Really nice room.
All bedrooms have bathrooms or ensuites and are fitted with new brand new furniture, double beds, wardrobes, cupboards, draws, side table/desk and more.
The bathrooms are all premium porcelain tiled wetrooms with large high pressure showers, wall hung toilets with soft close, and large custom made granite basins.
Four of the bedrooms have their own ensuite wetrooms (bedrooms 1, 2, 5 & 6) and 2 rooms share an ensuite wetroom (bedrooms 3 & 4). The shared bathroom is cleaned by our cleaners. There is another house toilet in the utility area.
The entire property is well insulated so always cozy, has newly installed central heating, double glazing, LED lighting, wireless & wired internet, TV feeds to every room. Washing & drying facilities, plenty of space and storage, fire doors and fire alarm systems etc.
There is a rear cobbled area with pizza oven overlooking the river which is great for BBQ's and having morning coffee/evening drinks etc.

For those not familiar with the area Sowerby Bridge has become a very vibrant & desirable town. It has a brilliant selection of good quality restaurants, bars, cafe's & take away's within 5 minutes walking distance... Literally on your door step!
The property location is perfect for anyone interested in fitness with the brand new fitness centre just a stones throw away. Gym & swimming facilities, & evening classes are available there. There is Graft Crossfit just 300m away which is highly recommended and a 24hr gym next to that. Movement functional fitness is 400m in the other direction and there are numerous other within a 5min walk so you are spoilt for choice for fitness. There are many bike trails and walks throughout the local hills, canals and the Pennine Way.
Groceries are convenient with Tesco across the road and a Lidl in the centre of the town just a 5 minute walk.
