Sowerby Bridge is a very desirable area to live and the property is located within waking distance from excellent bars, restaurant's, and coffee shops, there is also a post office and other shopping facilities on the main Wharf Street. There are excellent rail and bus connections nearby for travel to Halifax town centre, Todmorden, Hebden Bridge, mytholmroyd, Rishworth, the Calderdale Royal Hospital (approximately 3 miles), Huddersfield Hospital, Dean Clough, (approximately just over 1 mile to Lloyds Banking Group in Copley) Lloyds Banking Group Halifax town centre (Lloyds Banking Group, Trinity Road, Halifax, approximately 2 miles), Elland, Leeds, Manchester, Bradford and Huddersfield.
