Single room to rent (£65/week) in a 2 bed top floor riverside apartment in a converted mill. Juliet balconies. All mod cons: dishwasher, washing machine, underfloor heating, broadband, sky etc.

The room is furnished with a single bed, tall wardrobe, 2 sets of draws & wall shelving unit. I also have a loft & a garage if extra storage space is required. The bathroom is shared as is the main living area of the apartment which is a large open plan space, great when you have friends over.

I’m 33 (but still living in my 20s), work full time. My house is chilled out & by no means a party house. I like going to festivals, gigs, holidays & camping with my friends & have a love of knitting

I’m looking for someone fairly easy going, trustworthy, not too messy (can tidy up after themselves) & fairly social. If you like to spend all your time in your room then I don’t think your what I’m looking for.

Situated in the centre of Sowerby Bridge just a couple of mins walk to the train station with links to Leeds & Manchester. Regular public transport. Short drive to Halifax & Huddersfield, easy access to motorway. Close to all local amenities: pub/bars, supermarkets, various shops & boutiques, swimming pool, library.
