The room has a 3/4 bed, large chest of drawers, table and chair. It's available now..

The adjoining room has been taken and will be occupied at the beginning of May.

There is a shared bathroom with shower cubicle and bath and will be used by both room occupiers.

The owner has an ensuite bedroom on the opposite side of the house, so everything will be private.

No sleeping over guests are permitted and it is only suitable for somebody who also likes it quiet with no loud music.

There's on-street parking, plus space down the road where other residents park while local contractors work on other houses nearby.

There is a shared living room with log burner, kitchen and utility room with washing machine.

There's space in the attic for storing items, plus other space in the external garage.

References and ID proof are required and only those employed will be considered.

Bills are included and cupboard space will be made in the kitchen and freezer for food and other requirements.

Those just needing a room for 3 or 4 nights a week will also be considered.

Stanbury is a great place to live with 3 pubs within walking distance, and 2 provide hot food.

It's also ideal for those who like walking and the countryside air as the owner runs Bronte Adventures and is a moorland tour guide.
