New build house close to Pinderfields

Hello,

I have a spacious, double bedroom available in a beautiful, new 3 bed house, in a lovely area close to Leeds and the M62/M1. The room will come with a double bed, triple wardrobe, bedside table, chest of drawers and dressing table/desk.

I am open to a Mon-Fri arrangement if this is required. The move in date is also flexible, ideally I would like someone to move in any time from mid-September to mid-October.

I am looking for someone sociable, respectful and tidy, who is looking for a nice home rather than just a place to stay. I do have a small dog who is very friendly and loves people! (I have put on the ad that pets are allowed, this would only apply to another dog as mine doesn’t mix as well with other animals).

I work full time which mainly involves working from home. Outside of work I like to spend time with friends, go for nice walks, go to gigs and the occasional night out or brunch too. I consider myself a laid back and friendly person and I am looking for someone like minded to hopefully become friends with too.
