The property is a semidetached house, with a front and back garden and driveway. There are 3 rooms in the house, a bathroom, a kitchen and a loft which we use for socials (no living/dining room).

There is a new washing and drying machine, dish-washer, firdge-freezer, microwave, toaster and all the standard kitchen appliances/tools. All the bills are included, internet is 200MB.

The house is less than 1 minute walking from a bus station (number 40 for the Crossgate and Leeds centre) and about 15 minutes walking from Aldi and Farmfoods.

At the moment I and a friend of mine are living in the house, we are friendly and easy-going. We like to keep the hose tide and clean.

The room is available from the beginning of October, the deposit is equal to a month's rent. If Monday to Friday rent is reduced to £340.
