Short term let in spacious home

I have a spacious double bedroom available furnished with a king sized bed and plenty of inbuilt wardrobe space. I can offer short term lets until Dec as my house is sold subject to contract.

My home is well insulated, which is very noticeable having lived in a badly insulated ice box 😅

I love hosting friends (which I do occasionally) so the living room has a dining table that can seat up to 6 people.
There is a power recliner sofa for relaxing and little tub chairs - great for extra friends. While I am sociable, I’m also very happy with my own company and it's important to me that everyone who lives here feels like they can switch off and relax. I'm easy-going and like to keep the house neat and tidy. I'm often out on evenings and weekends.

The fridge is American-sized to make sure there's a good amount of freezer and fridge space!

The family-sized bathroom has both a shower and a bath. There’s a second toilet downstairs.

I have a conservatory, sunny garden with a covered outdoor seating area, and a small waterproof outbuilding with lighting and space to store a bike.

There's a bus stop right outside the house, which goes directly to and from the city centre and the university. Crossgates shopping centre and the newly developed Springs retail park are both really close in case you want avoid city centre shopping! There is a MASSIVE Tesco superstore which is a 12 min walk, or a 3 min cycle/drive from the house.

Council tax and internet included in bills. If you’d like a TV licence, you are very welcome to arrange that as I don’t have one.
