I have a 3 bed house that I live in with my friend who currently is in the single room. I have available a double room furnished including bed, bed side cabinet, drawers and huge built in wardrobe.
About the house;
The house is just off the a64 and is very good for transport links both bus and train. Local to supermarkets, 2 miles from cross gates and less than a mile to seacroft.
The house has an upstairs & downstairs toilet, both brand new and the upstairs has an electric shower.
There currently is an open kitchen/dining room which is due refurbishment. The kitchen has everything you need washing machine, fridge/freezer, cooker, dryer and hoping soon to get a dish washer soon :)
Bills included: rent, water, council tax, broadband, TV, electric & heating. You must provide your own food and personal toiletries.
IÃÂâÃÂÃï ¿½ �ÃÂÃÂm looking for somebody who is clean & tidy and laid back, quiet and respect my house and neighbours.
There is off street parking at the front and at the back of the house.
