Luxury double room and private bathroom

We are currently looking for a professional or student to rent a newly decorated double room in our house, with private bathroom. The room is fully furnished with a workstation, leather computer chair and fully functioning PC, scanner and printer.

We originally decorated and furnished our spare room to double up as a study and fully functioning guest room, with flat screen tv and digi box.

However we have found that we never use it as a study and our friends have started families, therefore don't want to/or can't stay out overnight.

We are a couple in our 30s, we have a large 4 bedroom detached house in a beautiful housing estate in Thornton Village. We have extensive rural views from the front of our property with a running stream, and direct access to beautiful country walks.

We also have a cleaner who cleans the whole house 1x per week, therefore would hoover and dust your room every week if you were comfortable with this and clean your bathroom.

We are about a 2 min walk away from a bus stop that has an every 10 min service into Bradford, which makes travelling very easy and stress free.

If you are a car owner we can also offer direct parking at the front of the house.

Due to our central location we are about a 10/15 min drive into Bradford town centre, 15min drive to Halifax town centre, 15/20min to Keighley and 15/20min to Bingley.

Myself and my husband both work full time. I work for Children's Services and have an enhanced disclosure check (CRB) , and my husband is a manager at a joinery firm and is also fully CRB checked.

We have 2 small children, one is 3 yrs old and the other 8 months. I know this can be off putting for some people, but I can assure you they are very well behaved and both in bed asleep by 7. 30pm, week nights and weekends.

Smoking is not permitted in our property however we are happy to rent to a smoker, as long as they smoke outside. Our front door is covered by a large canopy so would be ideal. A door step cigarette bin will be provided.
