Small studio flat, complete with en-suite and kitchen.

It is a garage conversion that is adjoined to my house, however it is totally self contained. It has its own front door and cannot be accessed from my house.

You will have sole use of the studio flat.

You can share my driveway to park your car.

Only suitable for ONE person as it is small (so limited storage space) and the bed is a small double. It has a fairly slim wardrobe - so if you have lots of clothes then this won’t suit you.
