I am a 50year old woman, I have two grown up sons both have now left home, I have a one year old grandson who sometimes stays over, I work shifts and have a good social life, i have a room available in my 3bedroom semi. A nice clean room with a double bed and a wardrobe. It has off street parking, it is situated close to M1 and M62 and 10mins drive to Leeds centre. Must be clean and tidy.
