I’ve got a king size furnished rooms available in my home in Wrenthorpe, Wakefield. A highly desirable, safe, and quiet area with great transport links to Wakefield town centre and nearby hospitals with a bus stop directly down the street.

The house:
•.Shared bathroom
• Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances available to use, including a Sage Barista-style coffee machine (yes, it’s good! no instant coffee trauma here)
• Garden (if a smoker please only smoke outside)
• Plenty of off-street parking nearby, plus a driveway for two cars

About me:
You’d be sharing with myself, plus my friendly Fox Red Labrador (very social, zero aggression, professional attention-seeker). As long as you’re happy living with a dog and sharing a home rather than a silent household, we’ll get on just fine.

I’m looking for someone easy-going, respectful, and tidy, who wants a comfortable, calm place to stay while they focus on work or study.

The entire house could be yours in a few months as I’m either travelling or renovating another house so I’ll barely be home soon. So you’ll be paying 650 for the entire house, with me popping in occasionally just to collect stuff hahaha. What a dream!

Looking to rent one room out but there is an option to have two rooms rented out too. So open to both options. It’s a 3 bed house so I’ll probably take the single room if needed.
