Double Bedroom, Office & Private Bathroom

The house is a new build property located in very close proximity to Pinderfields Hospital, and a short distance to Wakefield city centre.

The lodger will have their own double bedroom with storage, full use of the office space to work from home and a private bathroom with bath and shower.

The owner primarily lives away from home in North Yorkshire, but due to work in Leeds will stay at the property from time to time (and may occasionally have a dog (whippet) with her). Therefore the lodger will have free reign of the house the majority of the time.

Pets are very much welcomed at the property! There is a turfed garden and shed available for use.

The lodger will have access to an off street parking space directly in front of the house.

The communal living/dining room is fully furnished, with a fully kitted out kitchen (pots, pans, crockery etc.).

Bills and WiFi are included, but the lodger is politely requested to pay any amounts exceeding the reasonable tariff rate.

Searching for females preferably, but couples may be considered at an additional cost.
