The house is located near the Westgate train station and a walkable distance from Wakefield centre.
I have a double room that is furnished with a double bed, orthopedic mattress, and 2 drawer units.
There is a large kitchen, living room and WC downstairs with a garden to the rear and front. Upstairs is 3 rooms (2 bedrooms and 1 used for storage) Also a bathroom with bath, shower, basin and toilet.
There is parking on the road or at the back of the house. I also have an outbuilding perfect for storage or a place to keep a bike.

I am a 29 year old. I work full time and I am family orientated and spend my weekends relaxing, playing sport and seeing friends.
