Room available in the centre of Wakefield. The room is based basement level of a 3/4 storey house.
There are three kitchens in the property. You will likely use the kitchen at basement level, which is shared between two other users who are tidy and clean up after themselves.
The room itself is large and has a private onsuit, with shower, and and extra reasonably sized room for further storage (I can fit a large clothes rail in this room along with other general items).
Green furniture included (double bed, wardrobe, drawers, desk, chair, bedside tables, bathroom waste bin)

The train station is under a five minute walk away and the shopping centre is around a 7-8 minute walk. An ideal location for anyone who doesn't drive, as everything is accessible.

I am wanting to end my tenancy early, due to a change in location through work, therefore I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy.
