Bedroom contains a double bed, bedside tables, and large wardrobe with drawers. There is also a wall mounted TV.

There is a shared living room, dining room and kitchen. One shared bathroom upstairs and additional w. c. downstairs. I have a washer/dryer and clothes line.

There is no parking available directly outside, but plenty of room around the corner.

Please note that I am close to a railway line, and there is a train that passes by at 11pm.

I cannot accommodate someone working from home due to my own home working job.

I am about to put my house on the market, so the maximum term I can offer currently is three months . After this time, I would be able to provide 6 weeks notice once an offer was received.
