Double Room in Wakefield - All bills included

Hello!
I have a great double room to rent in my newly built home in Wakefield. I'm new to the area myself and work as the Head of Operations at a Performing Arts College in Leeds. It would be great to share the space with someone friendly!

The room is currently unfurnished, but I'm more than happy to furnish it with a comfy double bed and a wardrobe if you need them—just let me know your preference.

(Pictures were taken before I moved in but there is a lot more furniture now!)

- Three bedrooms in total (one is kept as a spare/office).
- We'll share a modern kitchen, dining room, and a comfortable living room.
- You'll mostly have the main bathroom to yourself, as I have an en-suite.
- There's a lovely garden perfect for relaxing or enjoying a cup of coffee.
- Parking space available.
- Just a 10-minute drive to Wakefield city centre.
- Close to local shops, cafes, and transport links.
- Ideal for someone working in the area or commuting to Leeds.

I'm friendly and easy-going, and I value a relaxed and respectful home environment. Since I'm new to Wakefield, it'd be wonderful to have a housemate to share the space with and maybe explore the area together!
