I have a great double room to rent in my home in Wakefield as my existing housemate is moving out at the end of March.

- Three bedrooms in total (one is kept as a spare/office).
- Share a modern kitchen, dining room, and a comfortable living room.
- You'll mostly have the main bathroom to yourself, as I have an en-suite.
- Furnished bedroom although I’m open if someone wanted to bring their own furniture.
- There's a lovely garden perfect for relaxing or enjoying a cup of coffee.
- Parking space available.
- Just a 10-minute drive to Wakefield city centre.
- Close to local shops, cafes, and transport links.
- Ideal for someone working in the area or commuting to Leeds.

I'm friendly and easy-going, and I value a relaxed and respectful home environment. Since I'm relatively new to Wakefield, it'd be wonderful to have a housemate to share the space with and maybe explore the area together!
