Double Room w/ Private Bathroom in New Build House

Double room for rent in a lovely two bed new build house. Price is £750 per month including bills. The room comes furnished with a double ottoman bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers. The room comes with its own bathroom that has a toilet, sink, bath and overhead shower. Bills are included within reason. I don't have a satellite, so don't get live TV. I have most television apps that you are welcome to use that are capable of playing live TV (BBC, ITV, Netflix etc).

I have a double drive. I use one of these spaces so there is room for one more car, and there is visitor parking across from the house.

Aldi, Asda and Morrisons are a five minute drive away, as is a petrol station and the M1.

I have a friendly whippet that loves human company so an animal lover would be preferred. If I'm not home she will insist on being with you. Strictly no smokers/vapers.

My current housemate is thinking of moving abroad so I am gauging interest in the room and would potentially be looking for someone to move in around July time.
