Double room to let in fun friendly house

I'm a thirty something female who has house shared for about fifteen years and made some fantastic friends out of it. I have two beautiful small dogs, who are pretty crazy but once they get used a person they will love them as much as they do me. I would prefer a dog lover as they do take a bit of patience. I smoke and I also drink a fair bit, I just like to have lots of fun in my spare time. I do share the living room, but I have to be in charge of the control nearly all the time :) I pay a lot of money for this house and all the bills/sky/broadband etc, so expect respect to be there each way. I'm very easy to get along with but won't take any nonsense :)
