Your room will be part furnished with double bed ONLY
there is a seperate TV room for your use
TThere is a private garden, The house is located in a nice quite area, within easy reach of the M1 & M62
Rent will be £300, payable in advance, and per calendar month, with £200 required as a bond also.
All utility bills are included (within reason), with the exclusion
of telephone.
Wireless internet is available too.
All easy-going, and friendly, with a welcoming atmosphere.
