I have a self contained apartment to rent within a new build house in a lovely cul de sac location. It is situated on the ground floor with its own access to the garden and comprises of single bedroom, own shower room and own kitchen area.
I choose to only rent it out Monday to Friday but the space is not used over the weekend so any belongings can be left . It would suit a professional person maybe working away from home wanting a Monday to Friday stay.
