House-share opportunity in central Wakefield

Large double available 27/6 until 1/12/15 (maybe for an unlimited time depending on circumstances with current housemates).

We have a furnished 3 bedroom house on a quiet cul-de-sac in central Wakefield. The house is close (5 minute drive) to the M1 (for people commuting to Leeds, Sheffield etc.) and only a 5 minute walk to Wakefield Westgate rail station, Wakefield college or city centre.

There are 2 large and 1 small double bedrooms. All bedrooms are furnished with bed, wardrobe and drawers.

There is one shared family bathroom, a well equipped kitchen-diner with fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a shared, cosy living room with Sky TV.

There are gardens to the front and rear. The rear garden is particularly large, with 2 patio areas, BBQ and mature trees.

The house is suitable for a large range of people but please no smokers, and, with respect to neighbors, no loud music or parties.
