Double Room in Very Large House inc. bills!

I have a large double bedroom available in a very spacious semi detached house in Thornes, Wakefield just minutes from junction 39 of the M1 and Wakefield town centre.

We're looking for an awesome girl to join the house - preferably someone who has lived in a shared place before, but that's not essential. Being a good laugh is a prerequisite as we don't want anyone boring! Friends are always welcome round too and if you're new to the area, you'll definitely be made welcome!

The house has been considerably extended and has two massive living rooms (8m x 3m) which have just been redecorated and look amazing! The dining room has an oak extending dining table and 120 inch home cinema with full surround sound. The other living room has got an amazing huge yellow 4-seater sofa and remote controlled fire, TV etc. There's a big kitchen with integrated dishwasher, double range-style oven and every appliance you could ever need! There's the main bathroom with large corner bath, downstairs toilet and a separate shower room with a nice powerful, hot shower!

The bedroom is is a great size, neutrally decorated with a with a big bed and plenty of furniture and storage space, including a sofa bed.

Driveway parking is available for plenty of cars, with additional street parking available if required. There's a lovely enclosed rear garden / patio area, big BBQ, gazebo, funky lights, a secure driveway and garage is also available for motorbike / push-bike.

The house will be shared with me (male, 34) and a female (26). It's a big house so you're never under anyone's feet. We're tidy, exceptionally friendly and it's a social, fun-loving house - yet it's big enough to always have your own space if you prefer to keep a low profile. We love to all chill out with a few drinks and watch a film on the big screen or have a few friends drop by at the weekend for a couple of drinks.

The rent includes all bills (including council tax) and can be paid either weekly or monthly - I'm very flexible and easy-going. I would consider a couple at £500/month, and pets might be considered as long as they're small, quiet, friendly and don't stink (no dogs, cats, goats... sorry!)

I can guarantee you won't find another place to rent quite like it - anyone who comes round seems to want to move in straight away and they usually end up the envy of their friends!
