An Edwardian semi in a quiet street 5 minutes by bus and 20 minutes on foot to Wakefield City Centre. You can also get to Leeds by car or bus in 20 to 30 mins. I have a beautiful garden with two patio areas. The garden backs onto a field at the back of the house. I have a cat, Lottie so you must like pets. I am a professional who works in Sheffield and I have a double room to rent. There is a shared bathroom with shower and shared kitchen. I am looking for someone who works, or is a student, who is clean and tidy! The room has plenty of drawer space and a double wardrobe. There is a tumble dryer, dish washer and washer.
