his Apartment Is A fantastic Bargain. It is extremely secure with electric gates and own parking spot (which i don't use) and is a 15 minute walk from wakefield center.
It's in a very quite area and is close to thorns park.
The Bedroom I am renting is a single room but would fit a double at a push it has a large fitted mirrored wardrobe with a shelf for extra storage. It also as a TV Ariel port and 4 plug points,. all the windows and double glazed and it's a very nice quiet area.
The Main room TV does have Sky and the whole flat has WiFi
Large separate kitchen which is fully furnished with oven, microwave, fridge and washer.
Large bathroom with power shower
Large front room with dining table and fully furnished.
we also have a large storage room just off our apartment for extra storage you may require
I'm not requiring a bond for my room and sky and Wifi would be free of charge.
The room it's self is £60 pw and the parking space is free of use.
Only bills you would be required to pay would be £20 to cover your usage of gas and electric and £10 water a month.
