room to let

Hi I have a double bedroom in my new 3 bed house. It's in a quiet cul-de-sac in a quite village between Barnsley and Wakefield ( 6 miles from either).The room has a 3/4 bed and canvas wardrobe and bedside drawers but if you wished to fetching your own I would have no objections in reducing the rent. there is unlimited sky broadband and sky tv downstairs if you wished for sky in your room it could be arranged.. I have 3 cats (1 a kitten) but they are no trouble. .my partner works away for 3-4 months at a time and then home for a month hut he shares his time between mine and his family up north. I work shifts and like nothing more than to relax on time off whether relaxing in front of the tv or in the garden im not a bit party animal usually have a night out once/twice a month that's my limit(smoking is outside sorry) any more questions contact me.
