Hi, I'm Matt and I live in a lovely 3 storey townhouse in Thornes, Wakefield, just behind the park. The house was fully redecorated 6 months ago as although I've had it for 7 years I have just moved back in after renting to some tenants whilst I was travelling.
There are 2 out of 3 fully furnished bedrooms available (one for you, one already taken and I'll be living in whichever is left).
The first available is the Master Bedroom, a large ensuite king room with king sized bed and private ensuite bath & shower. It occupies half of the top floor of the house. The other available bedroom is a small double on the ground floor of the house with a full sized double bed, there is a shower and toilet for this room also on the ground floor and a utility room with a toaster, kettle and fridge freezer in addition to those in the kitchen.

This is a house share so you'll be sharing the whole house. The middle floor has a large lounge with 50" TV, PS3/BlueRay/DVD, etc. and 2 large fully reclining leather couches. There is also a fully fitted kitchen diner with dishwasher and all other standard features. The utility room downstairs has a washer dryer or there is free sun* included in the back garden to dry clothes if you're feeling more environmentally friendly. *Sun subject to availability, we live in England remember but there is a bbq and garden furniture for the summer.

I'm looking for a housemate that's clean, tidy and respectful but pretty easy going at the same time. The other bedroom in the house is rented by a great girl called Francesca who is 26 and also a full time professional. On an evening we generally chill out and watch a bit of TV or whatever, I'm out a lot of the time, working, at the gym or playing football.

The King Sized Master bedroom is £475pcm and the smaller bedroom is £400pcm (couples are welcome but an additional £200pcm will be charged to share a room). Feel free to come and have a look or just get in touch if you have any questions, all bills included.
