Large 4 bed town house available for a lodger in the Stanley area of Wakefield. Located near to Pinderfields Hospital, five minutes drive from both the M62/M1 and ten minutes walk from Wakefield centre. I'm a 35 yr old professional who works nearby but works long hours so doesn't spend too much time in the house. I'm looking for a lodger who will have use of the entire house, not just a room. There is a choice of 3 bedrooms for you to choose from with your own private bathroom for your sole use. Each of the rooms has full Sky TV and each is currently furnished but can easily be returned to an unfurnished room should you want it to be.

The house has a double driveway out front and a garage available for use and a large BBQ/Patio area to the rear. Located in a very quiet development which is private/gated.

All bills are included in the price (gas, electricity, council tax, telephone and as much internet as you need). Includes use of all facilities within the house (washing machine, dryer, dish-washer.
