The house is clean, warm, well-furnished and provides everything except for your own bed covers and towels. The rent of £460pcm includes the bills, a regular cleaner and Virgin business 350mb broadband package on a mesh system. This is a no smoking house but smokers are very welcome to use the smoking shelter and back garden.
