Double Room Available - Far Headingley, Leeds

Double room available in an apartment in a popular estate in Far Headingley, Leeds. The apartment is on the third floor, is fully furnished and briefly comprises of: a hallway, 3 double rooms, 2 bathrooms, shared kitchen, dining/living room, and balcony. The room available is connected to a jack-and-jill style bathroom, which will be shared with one other female housemate.

Currently living at the property are one male (22) and female (23). We are both emergency service workers and work shifts so are sometimes off midweek and need to be up early on the weekends so are looking for someone who would be understanding of this. We are both sociable people who enjoy a mixture of sport, cooking, eating, and Netflix.

The tenancy is for 12 months and is technically up for renewal on 4th September but our current housemate is moving out to live with her boyfriend so can be flexible regarding moving in earlier if needed. Due to the type of tenancy we need to provide our lettings agency with details of a new tenant by 1st August.
