Looking for a replacement tenant

Hello, this is a room in Oxley residence, Weetwood lane, Leeds. It's quite close to Leeds Beckett university. The other universities are closeby too and commutable to by a bus or cycle journey. I'm looking for a student to take over my tenancy of the room. It's a furnished single room. The kitchen, dining area and washroom area is shared. There's a common games room, study room and gym that's in good condition. A spacious living room is also there for people to hang out and have fun.
