I am looking for a housemate or a couple for a semi-detached property in a quiet area of Leeds, a minute's walk from a beautiful park and woodlands. The shops and cafés of Headingley are 10 minutes' walk away and there is a good bus route into the town centre. The house would suit a tidy professional or postgraduate (must be non-smoker). Couples would be welcome.

The room for rent is a south-facing double bedroom, furnished, with a spare bedroom available. There is a tiled bathroom with a shower, a well-equipped kitchen, two lounges (one with television) and an enclosed garden with a patio.
