Looking for Single Housemate in large 4 bed house

Hi,

I am looking for an additional individual to live with me and my pets in a spacious four bed house. It will just be the two of us. I do not have plans to rent out the other rooms so if you are looking for a quiet spacious environment then reach out to me.

I am offering the largest bedroom on the first floor of the house.

I am looking to rent out the room from Mid March but the date can be negotiated if we are the right fit.

The property is fully furnished and all bills are included.

Obviously, I am looking for somebody who is clean and tidy and respectful of the property. Non smokers. If you have a small pet, then again reach out as we might be able to come to some arrangement.

About me:
Work from home, try to stay fit through gym and tennis, like to socialise with others (when allowed!).
