Double room in my house with friendly cats :)

Hey friends!

I am a friendly professional looking for someone to rent the spare double room in my cosy 2 bed house! I am mostly looking for females/nb/lgbt people. Available in Aug/Sept, but happy to discuss a little earlier/later if needed 😀

I like music, reading, nature/wildlife and veggie food so looking for like-minded people. I don't mind meat prep in the kitchen if you use your own pans/utensils and keep it clean. I'm really keen to find someone I can get along with easily and would be happy to spend time together on days off🥰

I have 2 cats who are very friendly when they get to know you :)

My house is well situated in North/West Leeds so it's super easy to get into town, having several bus routes (Headingley/Horsforth/West Park routes) nearby, but quite a while away from any train station.
