I am a friendly professional looking for someone to rent the spare double room in my cosy 2 bed house! I am ideally looking for females/nb/lgbt people. Available in July, but happy to discuss a starting little later if needed ☺️
I like music, reading, nature/wildlife and veggie food so looking for like-minded people. I don't mind meat prep in the kitchen if you use your own pans/utensils and keep it clean. I'm really keen to find someone I can get along with easily and would be happy to spend time together on days off🥰
I have 2 cats who are very friendly when they get to know you :)
My house is well situated in North/West Leeds so it's super easy to get into town, having several bus routes (Headingley/Horsforth/West Park routes) nearby, but a good 30 min walk from Headingley and Horsforth stations. On-street permit-free parking outside (I don’t have a driveway unfortunately).
