Myself and my friend Josie are looking for a 3rd person to join our current flat for the tenancy renewal.
The tenancy would start on the 6th of June 2024. It’s a 3 bedroom , 2 bathroom flat and the bedroom to fill is the biggest room with an en-suite. Rent is £560 excluding bills, so overall we pay around £660 a month for everything (council tax, all bills etc).
We are super sociable girls who love a pub afternoon but also a cosy movie night. We love getting out to go on walks and exploring new places!
The flat is in far Headingley/ West Park it’s 5 minute walk to Beckett park and 15 minutes to walk to the centre of Headingley.
