Spacious Double Room in a beautiful house available immediately to rent. I am a live in tenant searching for a roommate. This is a 2 bed house with an extra room thats an office to share along with a garden with lots of on street parking. There is a large living room and kitchen over-looking a beautiful garden with a big apple tree. Co-op a short walk away with lots of bus options.

I'm looking for someone I can get along with who is clean, respectful and sociable. Im very friendly and enjoy getting along with my housemates but also respectful. I am into rock climbing and anything active so if you are as well i'm sure we will get on. I work full time as a gym manager, PT and Nutritionist so out a lot during the day and weekends but generally around most evenings.

Available to move in immediately or the start of October.

1 months deposit required.

Bills are not included in rent.
Bills are electric and gas, council tax and internet and roughly come to £120 a month each

Must be an animal lover as I have a dog that stays here sometimes (normally a couple of days per week at most)
