Here for rent you have my lovely large double room in the West Park area. It's on the ground floor with the kitchen, lounge and garden (including a bbq!), but most housemates are out during the day so you'll have free reign over the floor then. Great value for money!
Due to an unexpected job offer in Scotland l am urgently looking for someone to take over my contract which runs until the end of January 2015 after which point it will revert to a rolling one month contract.
The property is well connected into town with 5 bus lines a few minutes walk away (1, 6, 56, 97, 19, 19a).
It takes 20-25 minutes into the city centre, 10 minutes into Headingley and about 15 minutes to the University of Leeds Parkinsons steps by bus.
Bills are £50 per month including council tax, tv, internet, gas, electric, water.
**** For those who can move before October I am willing to strike a deal on bills for the next 4 months (until the end of the official contract) to encourage a quick move in - Send me an offer!****
